One credit is consumed when Alhena's AI resolves or assists a customer interaction. Spam, irrelevant queries, and immediate human handoffs that don't involve AI resolution cost zero credits.

Optimization credits power actions that improve your AI visibility. A PDP optimization (1 credit) analyzes a product page and generates recommendations for better AI engine placement. FAQ generation (1 credit) creates AEO-optimized FAQ content with schema markup. A blog brief (2 credits) produces a full content outline designed to earn AI engine citations. These are included with your plan each month.

You're never cut off. If you exceed your plan's conversation or optimization credits, additional actions are billed as overage credits at $1.20 each. Conversations cost 1 overage credit. Optimization actions cost 3-5 overage credits depending on the type. You can set alerts in your dashboard so there are no surprises.

Paid plans monitor all major AI engines including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini. We add new engines as they gain consumer adoption. The Free plan monitors one engine.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Annual plans can be upgraded mid-cycle; contact us for annual plan changes.

Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. If you consistently have unused credits, you may be on a larger plan than you need.
